Office Policies
Emails and phone calls are returned during my office hours.
Phone calls are generally returned at the end of the day after seeing clients.
I do not take text messages, and text messages will not be returned.
The best way to speak with me about a concern is to schedule time with me. 10 minute phone call appointments are available and are solely for the purpose of clarification. I am not immediately available to respond to communication requests, emails or phone calls.
Your appointment time is for you, and only you. If you need to reschedule or cancel please do so 48 hours in advance of your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged the cost of the appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment time, however there are multiple payment options available.
Fees
Prices are subject to change at any time. Payment for homeopathy appointment is due at the time of your appointment. Payments are accepted by credit card, Venmo, or Zelle. A valid credit card is required to hold an appointment.
Payment for Emotion Code, Reiki and Alma Healing is due upon booking. A link will be sent for payment upon booking.
New Intake Appointment 90 minutes - $250
Follow Up Appointment 30 minutes - $100
Extended Follow Up Appointment 60 minutes - $135
Returning Client (3 months since last appointment) 60 minutes -$125
Acute Care 15 minutes by phone or email - $45
Phone call Questions or Clarifications 10 minutes - No charge (no discussion of symptoms or remedy suggestions will be given in this time frame, please schedule an appointment for care)

Homeopathic remedies range in cost from $7- $50. Most can be purchased from your local health food store or online from reputable companies.
The cost to ship remedies is a flat fee of $7. International or expedited shipping will incur additional costs.
